How do I view the relpay of live stream videos?

Make sure you close the app fully and re-open it again. Then the video link will be visible with the videos.

How do I play the audio meditations offline ?

Downloading the meditation track:

In the Jon Kabat-Zinn meditations app, when you click on a meditation to play, make sure you have a stable wifi connection and download the whole track. When the meditation is downloading, the symbol ↓ will be displayed next to the meditation.

Once downloaded, a ✔ symbol will be displayed, that means you can listen to the track off-line.

 

How to set Silence with Bells

Please make sure you have the latest app update.

iPhone

  • Go to iPhone app store
  • click on the profile at the top right corner
  • Click on Purchased
  • Browse through to find the Jon Kabat Zinn Meditations app and click on ‘update’. if it’s updated then you have the latest.

Android

  • Open the google play store app
  • At the top right, tap the profile icon
  • Tap Manage apps & device
  • Select Manager > the app you want to update
  • Tap more
  • Turn on Enable auto update. if it’s updated then you have the latest. if it’s updated then you have the latest.

To set the Silence with bells

Please first try setting the timer for 10 minutes by dragging the yellow knob.

Without interval bells

Click on start and then the bell will only sound after 10 minutes.

With the interval bells

If you set the interval bells 1 minute and select and press start, the bell will sound every 1 minute.

Do you support any other languages?

Currently all the meditations are in English.

 

I purchased the app, but the meditations are locked. How do I unclock?
  • Make sure your wifi is connected on your phone
  • Log in to the app
  • Go to the settings page in the app
  • Click on the “Restore purchase” button (a success notification should be shown)
  • Close the app fully and start again
  • Premium subscription should be on

 

I have forgotten the password. How to reset?

Click on the link ‘Forgot password’.

Then enter your current email address registered with the app, so that it will send a link to change the password.

Follow the instructions in the email you receive, and reset your password. And then log in with this registered email and the new password.

Please make sure you enter the password correctly.

How to update the Jon Kabat-Zinn Meditations app to the latest version?

iPhone

  • Go to iPhone app store

Once you have downloaded you can create an account with your name, email and a password.

Then you will receive an email to confirm your account.

Once confirmed you can log in with your credentials.

Can I cancel the Jon Kabat-Zinn Meditations app?

Yes, you can cancel anytime, the subscription is solely month to month or year to year, depending on which one you choose.

I cannot install the app on my Android, I get a message "Your device isn't compatible with this version".

This is a common issue for some of the Android users, independently from the apps they try to install.  Other apps may have similar issues like ours, it is not up to us. But, we can kindly ask you to follow the next 2 possible solutions in trying to fix the issue for you generally.

Solution 1: Clear PlayStore app cache and data

  • Pull down the notification bar on your Android device and hit the gear-shaped settings icon, or find “settings” in the application tray.

  • From here navigate to Apps, or App Manager.

  • Then scroll down and find Google Play Store.

  • Select this, and tap Clear Cache or Data as shown below.

  • Open Play Store app and try to install the app

Solution 2: Uninstall and reinstall Play Store updates

  • Make sure you’re connected to a reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • On your Android phone or tablet, open your Settings app.

  • Scroll down and select Google Play Store.

  • At the top of the screen, select More → Uninstall updates.

  • If you’re asked if you want to change the Play Store app back to the factory version, tap OK.

  • Open the Google Play Store, and try to download our app again.

 This should erase everything related to your PlayStore app cache, and get rid of any corrupt files that seem to be causing this problem.
