Live Sessions
In 2026, Jon Kabat-Zinn is offering nine live 120-minute sessions of guided meditation, dialogue, and Q&A for subscribers to the JKZ Meditations app. Here's what the sessions involve and the remaining 2026 dates — always confirm the current schedule and registration details in the app before a session.
Dates, times, and registration are managed in the JKZ Meditations app and can change. The information below reflects what's published on this website as of the time of writing. If anything here ever conflicts with what you see in the app, the app is the source of truth — please check there for the current schedule and how to register.
Each session runs 120 minutes (2 hours) and combines guided meditation, dialogue, and Q&A. Jon opens with a short meditation, and the remaining time is dedicated to questions and comments from participants joining from all over the world — a chance to speak with Jon directly and connect with the wider community of practitioners using the app.
Times are given in U.S. Eastern time as published (EDT or EST, depending on daylight saving at that point in the year) — double-check the conversion to your own time zone, since the offset from Eastern time isn't constant across the year. Registration details for each session are available in the app.
Live with Jon sessions are for subscribers to the JKZ Meditations app. Open the app and look for the Live section for the current session details and registration — we don't publish a separate registration link here, since the app is kept up to date and this page may not be.
Live with Jon sessions are also available as video replays in the app. Replays stream over Wi-Fi and can't be downloaded for offline playback.
