Go to iPhone app store

Click on the profile at the top right corner

Click on Purchased

Browse through to find the Jon Kabat-Zinn Meditations app and click on ‘update’.

Please note if ‘update’ is not available then that means you already have the latest version on your phone.

Open the google play store app

At the top right, tap the profile icon

Tap Manage apps & device

Select Manager > the app you want to update

Tap more

Turn on Enable auto update
