I have reset my password, but I have not received the email.

If you haven't received the password reset email, please try the following:

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder — the email sometimes ends up there.
  • Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.
  • The reset link will expire after a short period, so click it as soon as possible once received.
  • If you still don't see it, you can request the password reset again from the app.
