I have reset my password, but I have not received the email.
If you haven't received the password reset email, please try the following:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder — the email sometimes ends up there.
- Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.
- The reset link will expire after a short period, so click it as soon as possible once received.
- If you still don't see it, you can request the password reset again from the app.
